Andrew Lightfoot BSc (Hons)

Andrew is a multi-disciplined, versatile surveyor with significant experience working in Education, Commercial and Residential Sectors of the industry.

Having started the early stages of his career working for a Local Authority in Development Control. In this role he provided specialist advice/ services in Highways Design and Civil Engineering. At this time Andrew completed several qualifications including a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Andrew made the transition to an Architectural Technician in the Property Department whilst obtaining a Degree in Building Surveying with Honours at Anglia Ruskin University. He has since progressed his career as a Senior Building Surveyor for a number of years for a successful Design & Property Consultancy in Ipswich, Suffolk.

His mixed employment experience and qualifications enables him to offer specialist advice and services in a broad range of disciplines, with his main focus and passion being architectural.

Outside of work Andrew loves to spend time with his friends and family. In his spare time he likes to test his commitment to fitness and frequently attends his local Gym.
