Ben is responsible for the planning arm of the business acting on behalf of a wide and diverse range of clients. Having worked in both the public and private sectors he has developed a thorough appreciation and understanding of planning law and practice. This enables his extensive experience to be put to use in providing clients with the necessary advice and guidance to achieve the planning potential of sites.

With a high attention to detail and a pro-active approach, Ben uses his project management skills to coordinate development proposals through the complex planning system. His involvement ranges from initial site appraisals and assessments, through to project managing application. This includes appearing as an expert witness at planning inquiries, negotiating on S106 agreements, undertaking CIL calculations and other numerous related skills.

Outside of work Ben likes to relax by spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing a wide range of sports, which currently includes working on his golf handicap with varying degrees of success.
